Help For Me: Pornography

Help For Me: Pornography

Nationwide

It’s normal and healthy to have sexual thoughts and feelings. When these thoughts and feelings are expressed appropriately in a loving marriage, a couple’s union becomes “a totality and a union ordained and defined by God.”1 Pornography is a powerful and destructive tool that can weaken and harm this union and create feelings of despair, betrayal, and trauma.2

But you don’t have to face this challenge alone. You can get help and guidance from professionals and people who are close to you. You can also find hope and strength in the gospel of Jesus Christ. As President Russell M. Nelson taught, Jesus Christ will help you when you turn to Him.3
