Rockwall Helping Hands

Assistance and Referral serves Rockwall County residents in financial crisis. Clients receive assistance with utilities, shelter, food, clothes, furniture, and household items. We also partner with other agencies to provide relief to clients in times of crisis. Bilingual services are available during business hours. Clients are welcome to bring an interpreter (must be at least 18 years old). Trained Client Service Specialists, along with trained volunteers, provide the support, energy, and care that are so vital to serving those in need.
